Templates can be mega useful for companies that perform the same tasks over and over again. For instance, a web design firm might have a process for creating websites. They have a checklist of things that they go through every time when they are building and launching a website.
But when they’re creating a priority with associated sub tasks, they don’t want to have to type all of those items every time they take on a new website.
Templates save time and make it easy to make prebuilt checklists for your most common business functions. To make templates:
Hover over the “ME” button in the main navigation.
Click on “Templates”
On the far top left, click “New Template”
Proceed to setup your template by configuring all of your pre-fill fields.
